Refund Policy
Before subscribing, you can view the total amount of content available on the creator’s profile. This allows you to evaluate the offer and make an informed decision before completing the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, access to the exclusive content is granted immediately. Because this is a digital product with immediate consumption, the right of withdrawal and automatic refunds does not apply.
Additionally, due to the adult nature of the content and the need to protect creators’ privacy, refund requests follow specific criteria to ensure a fair balance between fans and creators.
A refund may only be considered in the following situations:
- The content delivered is different from what was promised on the sales page.
- The creator did not publish at least 10 media items or interactions during the period prior to the subscription renewal.
- The creator engaged in offensive behavior.
- The creator deleted their account before the end of the subscription period.
- A duplicate payment occurred.
- Technical issues prevented access to the content.
- The creator approved the refund.
