How to cancel a subscription

If you no longer want your subscription to renew automatically, you can cancel it directly from your account. Canceling a subscription prevents the next charge but keeps your access to the content until the end of the paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Click the ☰ icon in the top corner of the page.
2. Go to the “My Purchases” menu.
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click the ︙ symbol next to the subscription.
5. Select “Manage Subscription.”
6. Enter the reason for the cancellation and confirm.

Important information:

• Canceling a subscription does not generate a refund for the payment already made.
• After canceling, you will continue to have access to the content until the end of the paid subscription period.
• Once this period ends, your access will be automatically removed.
• If you wish to access the content again later, you can simply purchase a new subscription.
