How to access your purchase on Telegram

If the creator you subscribed to has a VIP channel integrated with Telegram, you can access the content directly through the Close bot. There are two ways to do this.

If you are unable to access the channel using the options below, please contact our support team for assistance.


Accessing through the Telegram bot


⚠️ Important: This option only works if your Close account is properly linked to your Telegram account.


  1. Click “Access the access bot.”
  2. You will be redirected to the Close bot on Telegram.
  3. In the bot chat, type /start to refresh the conversation.
  4. Click the “View on Telegram” button next to the creator’s channel name.


After that, the channel will open and you will be able to access the content.


Accessing through the creator’s Close profile


  1. Click the ☰ icon and open the “My Purchases” menu.
  2. Find the subscription you want to access.
  3. Click the ︙ symbol next to the subscription.
  4. Select “Access Content.”


Inside the creator’s profile, click “Telegram VIP Channel.”

This option is only available if the creator has a Telegram channel integrated with the platform.


You will then be redirected to the Close bot on Telegram. After that:


  1. Type /start to refresh the conversation.
  2. Click “View on Telegram” next to the channel name.


Done! You will now be able to access the creator’s VIP Telegram channel.
