How to access your purchase on Telegram

Accepted Answer

If the creator you subscribed to has a VIP channel integrated with Telegram, you can access the content directly through the Close bot. There are two ways to do this.

If you are unable to access the channel using the options below, please contact our support team for assistance.

Accessing through the Telegram bot

|| ⚠️ Important: This option only works if your Close account is properly linked to your Telegram account.

Click “Access the access bot.”
You will be redirected to the Close bot on Telegram.
In the bot chat, type /start to refresh the conversation.
Click the “View on Telegram” button next to the creator’s channel name.

After that, the channel will open and you will be able to access the content.

Accessing through the creator’s Close profile

Click the ☰ icon and open the “My Purchases” menu.
Find the subscription you want to access.
Click the ︙ symbol next to the subscription.
Select “Access Content.”

Inside the creator’s profile, click “Telegram VIP Channel.” This option is only available if the creator has a Telegram channel integrated with the platform.

You will then be redirected to the Close bot on Telegram. After that:

Type /start to refresh the conversation.
Click “View on Telegram” next to the channel name.

Done! You will now be able to access the creator’s VIP Telegram channel.

Subscriptions for international users

Accepted Answer

If you are outside Brazil and want to subscribe to a creator on our platform, you can complete your purchase normally.

Please note the following information:

The only accepted payment method is an international credit card.
During checkout, you may see a CPF field (Brazilian tax ID). If you do not have a CPF, you can leave this field blank and continue with the purchase.

Once the payment is completed successfully, your subscription will be activated and you will be able to access the creator’s content.

Question 4

How to cancel a subscription

Accepted Answer

If you no longer want your subscription to renew automatically, you can cancel it directly from your account. Canceling a subscription prevents the next charge but keeps your access to the content until the end of the paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

Click the ☰ icon in the top corner of the page.
Go to the “My Purchases” menu.
Find the subscription you want to cancel.
Click the ︙ symbol next to the subscription.
Select “Manage Subscription.”
Enter the reason for the cancellation and confirm.

Important information:

Canceling a subscription does not generate a refund for the payment already made.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to the content until the end of the paid subscription period.
Once this period ends, your access will be automatically removed.
If you wish to access the content again later, you can simply purchase a new subscription.

How can I access the content I subscribed to?

Click on the ☰ icon and access the creator’s profile through the "My Purchases" menu, or click here to go directly to the page.
Click the ︙ symbol next to the desired subscription and then select "Access Content".
